매년 동양CNP의 건축물을 라인 드로잉으로 그려 캘린더 일러스트를 제작한 지도 벌써 10년이 넘었다.
이런 인연으로 동양CNP 정 대표님과의 관계 또한 깊어졌다.

언젠가 책을 쓰실 계획이라 하시며, 그 책이 나오면 희날 작가의 그림을 삽화로 사용하고 싶다고 말씀하셨다.
그 ‘언젠가’가 오늘이 되어, 이렇게 현실로 나타났다.

그림을 그리고 나면 그 건축물에 대한 애정이 유독 깊어진다.
마치 내가 직접 지은 것처럼 마음이 간다.
어린 왕자의 장미꽃처럼.

저서에 삽화가로 함께할 수 있어 큰 영광이며, 진심으로 감사드린다.

For more than ten years now, I have created calendar illustrations by rendering line drawings of architectural works by Dongyang CNP.
Through this long-standing practice, my connection with CEO Jung of Dongyang CNP has naturally grown deep.

He once mentioned that he hoped to write a book someday, and that when the time came, he wished to feature my drawings as illustrations.
That “someday” has become today, and it has appeared before me as a tangible reality.

Each time I draw an architectural structure, a special affection remains.
I find myself caring for it as if it were something I had built with my own hands—
like the rose in The Little Prince.

I am deeply grateful for the honor of being able to take part in this book as an illustrator.
